At RCA Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unopened condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all vinyl, CDs, or apparel are protected, and include the provided packing slip.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
